Shop CJ Network — Worst quality and size issue.. Want to return | |||||
Hi, Its my worst ever & horrible shopping experience. I bought a product(Ladies top) order no-[protected], its quite different which shown on tv. I received this and call back to customer care to return this, they register my complain and ask me that you will receive a call back. But till next day i didn't got a call back, then i again make a call in cs dept. They again register a complain. Today morning i got a call from shop cj and they said me that we will not return.Why will you not return this product? Will you guys send me anything in closed envelope and will denied to return it. Hi,
I got a call regarding this issue on same day, i talk with Mr. Amit and he assured me that it will return within 2 days but still no one come to take it back.
So look into this matter.
