[Resolved]  Shop Clues — Complaint against shopclues to get refund or replacement of wrongly delivered product

The shop clues delivered the product wrongly. Have ordered light grey paint ( order no.[protected] and they delivered medium grey paint. So I have requested for replace the product. Till now I haven’t received any product and they offered 50 clue bucks as compensation. PFB invoice copy. Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600075 India I cannot use this medium grey paint for my car so I have contacted them again for replacement and I got the below response from the shop clues team which is unacceptable and I become sleepless. Its affect my health too. Pls find the below mail trial. Kindly help me to get the justice.
