Shop Clues — Delay of delivery - Order no[protected]

I have ordered a Colour Kit on shopclues.com on 26th of April, 2015 and made the payment on the same day. I received a email stating that the product will be delivered within 7 to 10 working days. Till today I either receive the delivery or know the status of the delivery. They are not able give me the status of the product. I have ordered the product on urgent basis and they are providing the worst customer service. I feel that the site is cheating on people about the delivery. Please help me in getting the product as soon as possible. Regards, Hasrat Shaikh.
