Shop Clues — MOBILE PHONE NOT DELIVERED WHICH WAS ORDERED ON APRIL 07.

Hi Team, I have ordered a mobile phone from Shopclues with the order number 45339553 on 7th April 2015. And it got dispatched on 08th April 2015. The seller have not provided the accurate courier tracking number. And the phone have not been delivered yet. The expected delivery date was 16th April 2015. But the phone did not got delivered today too. Its 4weeks from the date it got dispatched. I am really worried and frustrated on the service and trust on Shopclues. And now the status of the product is DELIVERED. II HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE PRODUCT AT ALL. I am planning to proceed legally on this due to the mental torture I have gone through. Please resolve and deliver my phone ASAP
