Shop Clues — No information about my issue

Dear Sir, I brought a 10 stage Ro+UV+UF Dolphin water purifier in a brand Aquarand, Type Aqua Nano With one year Warrant order number is 23319777 on 15.oct.2014.But they sent Unknown one .No UV, No UF, NoWarranty, No Invoice in the pack. I file my compliant in Shop clues they want to return the product and give refund to my Bank Account .So the product is handover to Shop Clues on 08.Nov.2014 recived, now the date 17.Nov.2014, They can't give any information about the issue & Refund!
