Shop Clues — Not Received my order from Shop Clues

Dear Sir, I have purchase Benetton Sport Deodorant - 200 ml from Shop Clues and my Order number is #24780349 .As per my order, you have promised to discharge the said order and delivered to my address between: Fri 31 Oct and Sat 1 Nov. But I haven't got the delivery of my product it is still showing as "Processing - Pickup Initiated" from the last 2 weeks .. The order is still not picked up . I have also send an email to the customer support team at shop clues and my ticket number is 1323006 .. Which is still not resolved yet .. They are not replying to my emails also ..
