Shop Clues — Not refunded my rupees

Hi, I am Arjun Mandal from Raiganj, West Bengal. I ordered a watch with Order NO. 28702303 from Shopclues.com on 6th December, 2014 and amount paid for this purpose on that day by SBI net banking. But they not sent my product and they assured me to refund my rupees and I got the mail from them that my refunded amount had been initiated on December 22nd, 2014. But when I go to check my account, found no refund money from them. It is a very serious matter and they are wanting to cheat me. Please do something.
