Shop Clues — Product defective and returning not done

Dear Team,

I have purchased a product from shop clues which came with the defect and i given the complaint related to the same and from past 20 days i am chasing shope clues to do return pick up of the product but still it has not been done and my money has beem stuck for the same.

My order details has been mentioned below and i want my money to be refunded with the compensation as i have to do the follow up and chase the shop clues for the same.
