[Resolved] Shop Clues — product not delivered | |||
Dear sir, I am s.praveen kumar buy a product in shopclues through online shoping, the product Sai Arpan's Premium Door Curtain - (4x7) .Product is not delivered to my address but in the site status it is showing that the product is delieverd, when iam keep on asking about the issue they are saying that, We regret to know that you have not yet received your order. However, as per the courier website, the order is showing in transit and we have got the confirmation from the concerned courier that the product is already delivered to you. Based on your emails, please be assured that your concern has been forwarded to the logistics department for further investigation. The matter will be followed up with the courier department and will share the proof of delivery within 7 business days.and my request number is 1655002 and after 7 working days they are saying that We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. However, we have received a latest update from the courier that the product is delivered to your shipping address successfully. Please confirm the delivery. butt it has not deliverd.when i checked in the courier site it is showing product not deliverd and my reference ecom express number is Air Waybill No :[protected] Order No :27570175 please look into the issue and I want my money back. thanks and regards s.praveen kumar [protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||
