Shop Clues — Received damaged products refund is denied by shopclues... | |||||
I have ordered led lamps on shopclues order id is 93120615 The product received in damaged condition and it was reported to shopclues on same day on 18 june 2016 within few hours ticket no 7001991 on their site was confirmed by them also by mail sent to as under stating that your complaint will be resolved in 3-4 days... But now on calling customer support they denied to refund and say that you have not raised complaint within 48 hours... I have not received any mail after this ticket mail...
