Hi, Please even as a consumer never buy from this website... Its the most pathetic website ever. For your own money, they take more than 1 month to refund. I had ordered 2 sets of towels with 3 pieces each, I was sent only 2 bath towels where as it should have 2 face towels and 2 hand towels as well as a combo offer .This was the worst thing... Its street quality as bad as Tuesday flee market. Colours selected were replaced with some other colours on their own. I placed the order on 3rd Nov but refund has not come till now. Its 7 Dec and I have been chasing for refund. Even today I'm being told to wait for another 1 week. No one has bothered to follow up with me or make service call or update any status. NEVER BUY FROM HERE... My refund was initiated by them on 26th Nov but not credited till date !!! They mess with your money. Such online places should be shut down and not allowed to operate...
