Shop Clues — Wrong product sent | |||||
Respected Sir / Madam, On 3rd OCT 2015, I have ordered a Canon PIXMA MG 2570 Multi Function Inkjet Color Printer (Print, Scan, Copy) from ShopClues.com (Order ID[protected]. I have also paid the full amount Rs. 2099 through credit card. On the mid-day of 11th OCT 2015, I received the product. When I checked the product, it was totally defective. Within 24 hours, I register for refund / replace on shopclues website (Return ID 2128096). After 2 days, shopclues send message merchat rejected return request. When i ask reason he say that your mention reason is not clear i write to shopclues for return with that comment "product is not working properly". And without tell reason he close my return request. I try to last 20 days to continue call and emails but still i didn't get any response so please help me. So i complaint against shopclues fraud in consumer court.
