Shop2Grab.com / CupTask.com — Refund money | |||
Around two months back we requested shop2grab/cuptask team to update our theme but they provided too mañy fake commitment and they failed to update the theme in around one month time so when we said them we will complain against them they agreed to refund our money for theme change which is 3000/- on 30th oct, 2015 they took the details from us for bank transfer but it has been almost one month we have not received our money. we have mailed them so many times and call too. but response is pathetic so for almost waiting for more than a month we're registering a official complaint against them. pls look into the matter. we have all the official mails from shop2gran team. as well as we have the payumoney payment receipt of the payment which we paid towards theme change fees.
