Dear Sir how are you I have purchase e-commerce platform, level 3 from online company www.shop2grab.com, owned by Vivek by paying amount INR 9900 in the month of February 2015.They said 1) They will provide all the services mentioned in Level 3 within 24 hours. 2) They just provide us domain in 72 hours and 5 email ids after 1 and half months 3) They still has to provide Facebook store and eBay and amazon linking with my website and logistics services.
