Hi,

I have booked 1 Blanc Mattress Protector Set-Brown with Shopcj on 13/04/2016. Its almost 1 month now i didnt received my product. I have informed their customer care team they shared the tracking details & asked me to contact them. I tried the courier details it was invalid. I called them so many time, they are keep on saying it will reach in 2 days or 3 days. I raised a complaint and asked them to cancel the order & atleast refund my money. They are not responding properly & i am worried about my money now. Please find the order details below.
