ShopCJ — Incomplete product received | |||||
I received my order on 27/07, and a product among others i received uncomplete, for which i was trying to contact the shop cj customer care dept. Since the day i received. But this is very painful that after buying any product from shopcj i've to pay ₹ 2 per minute to complain or asking any support. Since 27/07 i almost paid ₹ 70 for my mobile and called almost 5 times but there is no progress regarding my order. Every time they just telling someone will call you today regarding the issue, but i received no calls from any shop cj staff. So that i'm deciding to return the product. Hope shopcj will reply soon before i begin the return process. Was this information helpful? | |||||
