Sir, I ordered a pair of earphone of samsung(order no.[protected] on 19nov 2015, till the date the product has not been shipped. I contracted the company many time, sent several e-mails about the delivery of the product, but they are not contacting & the product is being published in the processing state. THE PAYMENT OF THE PRODUCT IS DONE IN ADVANCE. kindly sir do forward my concern & I want the product to be claimed free of cost for the harassment being caused for the product orderd. Thanking you.

Their is no response regarding the order no. 76057477 bordered on 19nov with pre paying the money for the order. They have now cancelled my order and the order is forwarded to new merchant.
Now the thing is I want my money back with a definite claim from the company.
Kindly do forward my concern .
