ShopClues.com — 21st day since I placed an order and still not delivered

Hi, I placed an order with ID 18001517 on 06-August-2014. Today is 25-August-2014 and it is still nowhere. I called the your customer support team of 10-20 times and they just do not respond genuinely. I raised a grievance with your grievance officer and there is no response till now. As according to your policy an order will be delivered within 9-11 days at maximum (means the agreement is breached), please cancel my order and refund the credit back. Thanks, Altaf
