Hi, I placed an order with ID 18001517 on 06-August-2014. Today is 25-August-2014 and it is still nowhere. I called the your customer support team of 10-20 times and they just do not respond genuinely. I raised a grievance with your grievance officer and there is no response till now. As according to your policy an order will be delivered within 9-11 days at maximum (means the agreement is breached), please cancel my order and refund the credit back. WTH, it has been 23 days and you are still checking with your courier partner. Just cancel the order and refund my money.
