ShopClues.com — 63 led emergency rechargeable light - not getting on | |||
I have placed order for 63 led emergency light on 26th june 2017 my order no.[protected] it was not delivered till 5th of july 2017. I logged in to shopeclues and cancel the order. Insted of cancel system has automatically taken as new oreder on 18th of july 2017 vide oreder no.[protected] and it has been delivered on 24th of july 2017 which is initially not delivered after 10 days of oreder. After receiving the product i have kept for charging about 24 hrs. But after charging the light is not getting on & the thread which is to be used for on & off of is very hard not able use for switch on/off of the light. I lodged complaint through oder return option of shopclues on 1st of august 2017. I got message that i need to visit service center for repair of the product. First of all i dind't understand why the shopclues has to sell such defective product to the customer, secandly in shopclues productwise support centre list i am not finding the support center of my product. I am residing in karnataka, udupi dist. Saligram, this place is away from major cities of karnataka. As i am unable to find /reach the service centers near by place and not available also. I got bad experience by purchasing through shopeclues, as i am unable to reach service center or return the product. Being a customer, i request you, please guide me where and how to return the product without monetary loss. If you do this i will be grateful to shopeclues. Hoping for the same at the earliest.
