I ordered a memory card from shopclues.com and when it was delivered to me i got it defective for which i requested replacement but i don't get my total money rs.378 even after 12 days of reverse pickup and i only got rupees 224 in my cluesbucks after 9 days of reverse pickup. My order id is 90873432 of shopclues order of memory card. Please help to get my rs.154 which is left in my cluesbucks. You are my last hope. Thank you.

Updated by Durgesh2hot When I called them for full refund they told that the full amount will be refunded upto 10 may but I had yet not received full refund.
