I ordered a product[protected] on 15 Aug2014, due to some issue in the product i will return to shop clues on 08.Nov.2014, to refund my money, it takes 2 week, now the date is 24.nov.2014( 2 weeks completed), no money can't refund to me, when i ask for refund ! (We try our best to get back to you within 2 working days.We would like to inform you that the refund for your order is in process.
