I had ordered a women top and order placed on 01.01.2018 and order id:[protected], my order price rs.548 including delivery charges then i have replace that dress. On 03.01.2018 that replaced order came by e.com xpress but that merchant said you have to pay amount. I said choose replacement option only. But till i have not receive my amount. Kindly taking steps for refund my amount.
