ShopClues.com — Amount deducted. Order shows transaction failure.

I made order[protected] on 31st March. Amount got debited immediately from my account. But i see transaction failure in my shopclues account for this order. I entered complaint on 2nd April in shopclues. But still it shows same status and no reply on my complaint also. Please confirm the order or else refund the amount. Atleast i should get any mail or message related to order, but i dont see any update from customer care.

Updated by pree_12 As per complaint i registered with SBI bank, i got following message. If so my order is processed? why its showing transaction failure still in you my account? and what is current status of my order. Please cancel this order for gods sake and i will be relieved. I wont even by mistake order anything from you website nor i will suggest anyone to dare order from your website
