I placed an order of pigeon coffee mug and paid through mobikwik.then next day I cancelled the order but amount has not been refunded yet.It has been around more than 15 days I made the transaction. I also called customer care but there was no response and the Call was put on hold. This is very bad experience on shop clues.Order id is[protected].

Please look into this ASAP

Sir i bought a 32 gb sandisk and a 16 gb sandisk memory card and shopclues selling it at 9649 rs sir it is not possible these two things at this much price plz help me sir.

They exploit their merchant like anything. Whenever you call to shopclues there is no support an the manager is never there. The executive name is Amit Verma and The manager name is Avneet Kaur who was not the the floor. The executive behaviour was very rude .
