Sir, I received product broken/damaged condition 3 weeks before and I complained to Shopclues CC team but still no action taken from your end. Actually the handles received with product are not compitable and few are broken. I have sent the damaged product (5 Pcs Non-Stick Induction Safe Cookware & 5 Pcs Skimmer Set) image to Shopclues team but still no action taken. Please arrange the return pick-up or send the new 5 Pcs Non-Stick Induction Safe Cookware & 5 Pcs Skimmer Set to my doorstep. Please do the needful immediately. Because its already two week delayed because of their poor response.
