ShopClues.com — Causing delay in processing refund | |||
I had bought gym equipments from shopclues.com on 27th of april which got delivered on 4th july 2020. The product was extremely poor quality and damaged so raised a return request immediately. The return request was approved but then i received another email from them asking for reason for returning the product. I responded to the email and then received another email asking for pics of the damaged product and package. I responded and provided that information on 18th of july, 2020. Still have not heard anything from them regarding return on the product and refund of my money. Strict action should be taken against such websites which are deliberately delaying delivery and returns and refunds as they can continue to earn interest on the buyers money for several months in the interim. Thanks for notifying Shopclues. I did get an email from confirming that they have opened a ticket once again...but no response after that. They have this extremely irritating process of opening tickets again and again but no one seems to follow up on this tickets or provide resolution. No sense o[censored]rgency at all as they already have the customer's money in their account!!!
