ShopClues.com — Complaint for refund

My order is cancelled "from your side" because merchant could not dispatch it but i have not credited my refund amount rs.328 yet. However you informed me that"you have initiated the refund of amount will be processed by 19/10/16". My refund status shows that expected date of show the refund amount in my account is 31/10/16. But today is 07/11/16 so please refund my amount as soon as possible.
