Dear shopclues,

This is hemanth rayapaneni yesterday i received one call they said to me, we are calling from shop clues sales and promotions team you select a one offer that is 5 members in india your lucky in andhra.

They said to me sir you buy any one product atlest 4000 rupees you will receive the gift item sony bravia 40 inch led tv. Their mobile number is [protected].
I asked how can i believe your words they said to me every thing i have purchased and their respective address so that's why i believed.

Yesterday i told to your customer care number is [protected] they said to me this is fraud. My doubt is how can they know about my complete details i think this completely done in shop clues.

Now again today they call to me ask 12000 rupees to pay the money for tax purpose of the tv i[censored] pay the money we will return with in one hr.

So now what i do is i'll raise a complaint to shop clues in consumer court i[censored] don't send replay with in 10 mins of this rever mail.

I' ll be waiting your replay with in 10 mins.
