ShopClues.com — Customer Care unable to resolve a query and is giving different status on different calls. | |||||
My name is Abhishek Arora and I purchased a product from Shopclues.com online on 18th Aug'16. The courier guy came at my home and wanted me to write my ID number on a paper that he was carrying. I refused to do that because Shopclues did not mention this anywhere in the whole shopping experience. Also there is a potential probability of misuse of this information. I called Customer care the same day and checked with them about this, the guy told me that there is no such provision to share ID number and he asked for two days from me, to resolve this and also mentioned that i will get a call back for Shopclues. It did not happen and the 2nd day night, i again called them and they again said they will call me back in 30 mins. And no call back again. Next day i again called them, they put me on hold for approx 30 mins and later on said that you need to provide the id number, without any logical explanation. My complaint is that, they are not mentioning there process during customer shopping journey, so that customer is clear on what to do. They are not clear about there own processes, as multiple people are giving different status updates. They are harassing customer, by making him call them again and again with no resolution. They also have no logical reason on to why they need an ID of customer in physical, when they have customer mobile number as a unique id along with a unique order number. I am feeling harassed with this whole experience and want some action should be taken against these guys. Was this information helpful? | |||||
