ShopClues.com — Customer service not able to get the product delivered to my address, money already charged | |||||
Hi ShopClues Team, I raised this request immediately to change the address after posting an order when I realized that's its a different address. First of all you guys didn't respond and then when I called after an hour to get the address changed, Shiva Walia who is the adviser denied to the change the address, also he didn't want to transfer the call when asked for the manager. Finally when I warned him that I'm going to escalate this matter then he transferred my call to Suprviser named Bhavna Sharma and she didn't anything either. More than 30 minutes(Rs 30 bill on mobile) I was on call and query didn't get resolved.
