I've ordered 8 gb pendrive on ShopClues but received damaged pendrive in the sealed package. when i contact ShopClues customer support they told me to contact sandisk customer support but in the pendrive strictly written warranty not subject to damage. I've tried many times bt they said seller packed in sealed package . worst website polocy I've ever seen. agr mujhe aise hi sandisk customer care ke dhakke khane hote to m online purchase hi ku krta. ShopClues is totally fraud. i req to all buyers don't buy from this website. my name is sahil and my order id is 80117203. and in last but not least.. ShopClues customer support's contact number is paid and they always hold for 25-30 minutes which is too much costly. i req you to make it free like other shopping websites.
