Dear sir, I have ordered for Pack of 3 Sporty Watches on dated[protected]. My order No. is #33337959. After receiving the product I found that out of three watches, one watch polo club watch is in damaged condition. Its crystal was not attached to the watch and separately found in the box. its crown was also not attached to the watch and found loose in the box. I have sent the photo proof of the damaged product and continuously perusing the case. Initially they agreed to replace but now they are not replacing the product and not responding to may emails. It is requested to kindly intervene in replacing the product. Regards Garg
