ShopClues.com — damaged product delivered, refuse to return money based on their hidden policy

Ordered roti maker from shop clue website, but received damaged product, packing was very poor, just from packing tape and no protection for the device. website have given 10 days hassle free return and to read more about the policy, but inside the policy its given only 2 days in case product is damaged. They have policy to upload the pictures, But to whom i ordered the product they didnt had camera phone to upload the pictures so, it took more than 2 days. I have now damaged product and company refusing to give back money. Want people to be aware of this website as quality of product is very bad and many loopholes in policy to some how take advantage of the consumers.
