ShopClues.com — Damaged products / denied refund / replacement | |||||
I ordered 3 products from Shopclues.com on 7th January’16 with order ID as 81233370, 81233371 & 81233375. Two of them were delivered on 11th & 13th January’16 respectively but both of them were in damaged condition (Broken / Part missing). A request was raised telephonically and complaint registered. They provided me the link and asked me to register the complaint on their website. I followed the link and entered all the details, but the photo upload link was not working. I tried again on second day but again that was not working. I tried it many a times but there seems some problem with that link and without photos you will not be able to register your complain. I called them again on 18.01.16 and they simply refused that as 2 days has been passed from date of delivery, it cannot be replaced now. This is utterly nonsense on their part as I had raised the issue on the same day of delivery. I can see many complaints against them of the same nature. Please advice how to sue them. No worries of the legal cost involved. I wish that their founders Agarwal & Singh also use some brains while doing business. This way they would get bankrupt soon.
