ShopClues.com — declined my return request | |||
I ordered a watch from shopclues.com and got delivery on 22 december 2014. On delivery i received the diferent watch. When requested for return, they declined my return request. I sent mail to them for about three times but every time the told that they will not accept return request because the delivered right product. product name- vintage fashion leather bracelet women blue. I bought xiaomi MI 4i from shopclues. It was delivered to me before two days. unboxed and used it. It was hanging so much. i have quality issue. i dont know its quality issue or they have send me used mobile. i return that day night itself for return request but today i got that it cannot be accepted.
please help me. my contact number [protected].
If it doesnot refunded to me then i am going to tell my uncle who is advocate. please do best for this issue.

There were 8 shirts displayed n the description provided that the shirt would be sent according to the availability in size but the product which I m provided with is a total different pattern shirt which wasn't shown in the image there at site, now when I m claiming for return, they r rejecting it, my order no. Once again I got disppointed by shopclues.com. this time oredered paragon 8828 slickers from shopclues. When i received the product i tried to wear them but it doesnt fit my foot, these were very tight.
