Defect in new product and shopclues said no to replace as well as it is not isi mark which is mandatory being a gas burner stove. I bought this product from shopclues.com on 25th october with order id[protected] and received in a week. I installed it in my kitchen and the look was amazing. But it was not isi mark and much to my surprise when i tries to lighten it up, it was not working. I again installed my old burner and that was burning. I thought of returning it on shopclues and they rejected my request. As order is not working on first use itself, it should be taken back. Also there is no service centre for macizo brand on google or shopclues. I feel cheated and this needs to be resolved. Please call me on [protected] for further queries.
