Dear sir, I have ordered a new mobile ivoomi me1+ (5" hd ips, 2gb, 16gb, 4g volte, fast charge 2.0) in the name of golu ram yadav, order id[protected], on date 09/11/2017 through shopclues.com on cod basis and mobile is delivered on date 13/11/2017. When i start the mobile with two sim card, the sim card is read by mobile but not display mobile network any time. I request and raised a copmlain several time for refund or replace but they are not agree to refund nor replace.
