[Resolved] ShopClues.com — Defective and fake product received from shopclues.com | |||
Dear Team, This is to inform that I had ordered for Dymatize ISO 100 / 5 lbs / gourmet Chocolate(protein supplement) on 16th Feb (Order Id:[protected] from ShopClues.com and I had received it on 20th Feb 2014. It was found after unpacking the item that the jar’s inner seal was open and the protein supplement was scattered on the top of inner seal and was also coming out of the box as well. It has also been noticed that the manufacturing date mismatch; on front (main) box label is Jan 2014 and the bottom label shows 05.06.2013 (pl refer attachments). Even the bar code is not getting scanned by the application. After looking at these defects, I have filed a complaint against these defects to ShopClues.com for reverse pickup of the product and refund of my amount (5099 INR). But, despite making multiple calls and sending reminder mails, still there is no resolution. On every call, i have told that the issue will be resolved within 48 hrs. This shows the poor and fake commitment level of ShopClues.com, the kind of response i am getting forces me to approach consumer forum and take legal action against them. I am a working professional and it is very difficult for me to keep a close track on a daily basis related to my refund. Pl help.
