I am writing this mail, after continuously trying to get some solution against my Sony smart Watch purchase from Acetel linkers pvt ltd via online SHOPCLUES.COM for more than 2 months. Attached is the money receipt for reference. Also find below the mail communication. I have not received any feedback. I have tried to contact Sony, they are saying the product is not genuine and they cant help in the case. Sony Service centers have rejected to accept the same for any service. I am left with no other ways to approach the Consumer Forum, go for legal action and claim compensation for the pain and harassment for the above product. Its hardly been 6 months of the product purchase and its not working in a proper way. A big black spot has appeared in the middle of the screen, which might be a LCD problem.I M ALSO ATTACH WITH INVOICE & DAMAGED WATCH Hope you understand the situation and get back to me for solution. This is Aanath, I have bought a mobile phone through portal shopclues, and the mobile model name is Lenovo k3 on 20.02.2016 .Order Number: 85446935, I face heavy issues with it so I returned this product at 03.03.2016 Return Number: 2649436. Still I did not get my refund money daily I asked to shopclues, via mail, they replied please wait 24 hours are 48 hours now more 24 and 48 hours crossed So I have complained against shopclues, to consumer court, i have submitted all the voice record and mail copy's I want to my money and I need compensation of this product
