ShopClues.com — Defective product received | |||||
I have ordered somendra textiles 31 in 1 multipurpose screwdriver set on 9th april 2017 and i got it on 13th april 2017. Now the problem is the product i received is defective. Hence i proceeded for return/replacement and checked my orders section on shopclues.com website as well as the app. But there is no option for return/replacement. I have tried to contact with customer support but no reply from shopclues customer support since last 3 days. So i'm looking for a quick refund or replacement of the product. I got very disappoint. I ordered pickadda combo but when this product delivered to me i saw there was no elbow supporter. N when i complained about this product one of the number was switch off n another one after trying so many times they told me that the money was not received.
