I purchased one product set of of 2 pcs 30 feet multi color rgb ladi from shopclues.com on 7-11-19 with order id[protected] after receiving the product we found that product is not working/ defective. I select for replacement but it's showing that time replacement is not available so i select for return but they rejected my return request unfaithful. Shopclues is big name in online marketplace so help me this matter to replacement/refund for my defective product.. Thanks Was this information helpful? | |
