ShopClues.com — defective product with a missing product delivered | |||
I ordered 3 shirts from shopclues for 599/- and 50/- shipping and 29/- for cash on delivery... I recieved the order on 07/08/2016 and i paid the full amount and immediately i told the company about the defective product and missing and changed products which i ordered and i even sent them the images.. Now i am contacting them again and again for back pick up and refund my money and they are saying that your product was not delivered and was returned to origin. Can you believe this..? My god what liars... Everytime they will generate a new ticket for this complaint and say we will revert back but nothing.. Never buy anything from shopclues... Was this information helpful? | |||

I did ordered so many items from shopclues.Com but am not received as it is model until they ware sending different model against booking model please find the problem

i have bought online shoping a mobile tablet this product, which is manufacturing defect and not back up the charging.I have return this order but they are not respond to me, so tekll me what i will do..As this is emergency for me...Other wise i will not understand any thing...
