I bought a smartphone from shopcluse on 12-12-15.i recieved the item it was unsealed and free 8gb memory card not in the box.however when the mobile was starting it was not working properly.it is a defective item.I request to return the item on[protected].and after 4 days later why this return item is decline.when I reviveed the defective item, next day I submit my return request successfully.also the customer care no is invalid.

ShopClues not solve the matter still now.they return the item but not refund me still now.Please look into the matter.after a long time begin the case is not resolve by ShopClues.
