I have ordered a product in shopclues, after much delay from the seller they finally delivered it, but when I opened the packages there was a different product. I asked shopeclues customer service for refund but they are saying
"Dear Amit, Thank you for shopping with ShopClues.com. This is with reference to your order no. 20374805. We express our inability to accept your return request as we have sent you the same product ordered by you. Please refer to http://www.shopclues.com/return-policy.html for return policies. We appreciate your understanding in this matter."
After that I have tried to reopen the complaints with images of the product I have ordered and the product they delivered but no response from their side. I have also send them the image of delivered product. But still they are refusing to give refund or change the item.
