ShopClues.com — Delivery not received, consignment held for duty / taxes. | |||||
I used to regularly order products from shopclues.com, on 6th March 2016 I had ordered a T-shirt (Afylish V-Neck White Printed T-Shirt) from shopclues.com, a payment of Rs. 195/- had been made through SBI net banking, reference no: CCADC1DYQ682IG0BPKSBH8. The consignment was shipped on 9th March 2016 through Delhivery courier, since then I have been tracking the status of my order, it was shipped from Tirupur, Tamil Nadu. Yesterday 10th March 2016, when I checked the status of consignment, the status displayed on the website was "Held for duty/taxes" Location: Salem, Tamil Nadu. Immediately I logged in to my shopclues.com account & wrote a mail to their customer care inquiring about the status of my consignment; what the status means (Held for duty/taxes), the ticket number generated was 6390979, I didn't receive any reply from them till today, so again I decided to update my complaint by providing them a snapshot of the status displayed by the courier company, now their reply is awaited. I didn't expect this from shopclues.com as I had regularly made purchases from them till date without any issue, but this was the first time I faced some sort of bad experience with them, they need to look into this matter & sort it out as soon as possible before they loose my trust in them.
