Dear all,
We worst services providing customer support. I ordered asus graphics card, but i receive different product. So i ask for refund my money. But they are taken any steps.
I am dailing contact toll free number but they are not give correct response. They told wait 48 hrs like that. I am trying reguralry but no response.

I received the product on : 22 jun but i receive different product. Zotac graphics card 2 gb. I raised return request on return my money.
From day one i am following,
I raised the request on same date itself attachment enclosed picture -1
Then you people asked to share the delivery slip, then i scan and sended to you.
After sending called and confirmed via toll free number.
They accept my picture. And told me to wait 48 hrs for next process.
After fews days again i called for enquiry about status, they asking to send all picture. After i shared all picture also attachment enclosed picture -2
At last i am tryed to check the status on last monday, you people to wait more that three days. But no proper response
Kindly take correct action and close the issue.
I am really not happy for your services. I am waiting for positive reply.
