Dear sir,
I bought ivoomi mob from your site, but it has provided me heating device and i was told to go to mi sevice center. Is it right?

My order id is[protected]. Order given on 26 may 17 deliver on appx 09 jun 17
Again pickup on 12 jun 17 for repair. As it is very very heating device and blinking.
Till date i was not given any solution of it. I want refund of it. I was told that now you will get it on 8 jul istead of 30.
