Shopclues had advertised online about a Unboxed Laptop which was supposedly unused and with a warranty. But when I received the laptop I found it was a used one which had been carefully fixed and without any warranty or Windows 7 CD. Further it doesnt work well as the original software has been tampered with. When I tried contacting them online I get only messages. And on phone I get only a respones saying I have to wait. Its more than 5 days since the product has been delivered but only today Shopclues site says it was delivered to me. I have been trying to contact the company but it seems to me that they are not concerned about replying Dr Anand [protected]@gmail.com
