I had ordered a cooler of crompton greaves mystique tac201 model with the order number[protected]. I had received this product delivery on 29may 2017. But when i used this product i am not satisfy his cooling capacity. I had called customer of shopclues, the customer care representative told me that talk to crompton greaves customer care because product is under 1 year warranty. I had also contact crompton greaves customer care and his representative come my house and checked the product. The representative told me that there is no any kind of problem in this product regarding cooling capacity. But i am enable to return the product under 10 days return policy, because shopclues told that we cannot return this product because this is under warranty. But i am not satisfy this product. I had already call on shopclues customer care 3 times, but there i not find any result. One more thing i want to tell when i received original product i shocked, because when in order the product his picture was very big, but in real product was very small. Now i am totally helpless, i had already lodge the complaint against shopclues in department of consumer affairs with the reference number 295089. I ordered a tool named instyler rotating straightener and curler but instead of it i recieved instyler hair straightener which is completely different than what i ordered and is very small also not worth the money which i paid.
